Eunice Police Arrests report

The following are arrests by Eunice Police. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Friday, Nov. 1 Darion Meaux, 37, 800 block of Samson St., Abbeville. Simple battery, disturbing the peace. Saturday, Nov. 2 John McKenzie, 42, 800 block of South Beulah, Eunice.

BASILE–With heavy hearts, the family of Alex Glenn Davis announces his passing on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, in Eunice at the age of 54. To honor his memory, graveside services will be held at St. Augustine Mausoleum on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 1 p.m.

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Elta Boone, who left us peacefully on November 1, 2024, at her beloved home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 85 years old. A Chapel Service in celebration of her life will be held at 10 a.m.
