Two shootings, two gunshot victims reported

Eunice Police responded to two shootings Monday evening. According to Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot, “The first shooting was called in at 7:21 p.m. having occurred at an apartment complex on Mayers Street.

Nathan “Charles" McManus passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021 at the age of 83. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Reverend Alan Weishepel officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
