Road rage suspect stopped on I-10

A 31-year-old man suspected of pointing a handgun at a vehicle on Interstate 10 was stopped by Acadia Parish Sheriff’s deputies on Interstate 10 on Tuesday. Sheriff K.P. Gibson said the victim who was traveling west bound was approached by a vehicle where the driver was irate.

Eunice Parade of Lights set Dec. 16 The Eunice Parade of Lights (Eunice Christmas Parade) is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16. The route will begin at North 2nd St. near The Flower House and will conclude at Eunice Jr. High School. Every float, trailer will be decked with Christmas lights.

A man and woman turned a test drive of a 2004 Cadillac Deville sedan into a theft case. Crowley Police are the investigating the felony theft that occurred in the 19000 block of the Egan Highway on Nov. 5. A sales representative met with a male and female regarding interest in purchasing a vehicle.
