All of Louisiana will be at some level of flood risk this spring, federal meteorologists indicated Thursday.

NOAA issued the scheduled update for its 2017 hurricane season outlook. Forecasters are now predicting a higher likelihood of an above-normal season, and they increased the predicted number of named storms and major hurricanes.

Forecasters at NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center say the Atlantic could see another above-normal hurricane season this year.
