Milton Bernard Wright, 38, 600 block of Lee St., Melville. DWI-4th offense, driving under suspension, reckless operation, Two counts of negligent injury, open alcoholic container in vehicle, no insurance, no seatbelt, proper equipment required. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Wayne Steven Fontenot, 28, 100 block of Jess Bergeron Rd., Opelousas. Second degree battery.
