\Two juveniles were charged with school threats in separate incidents at Eunice Junior High School, according to Eunice Police.
A 15-year-old was charged with terrorizing and a 13-year-old is charged with ungovernable juvenile, assault on a school teacher and simple criminal damage to property.
Officer Jessica Tezeno, public information officer, said the 15-year-old boy was observed at the library composing a threat about a possible shooting at the school on a computer Wednesday evening.
The 13-year-old boy went into a bathroom at the junior high school and smeared fake blood, the left, she said.
A camera recorded him entering and exiting the bathroom, which was then inspected.
The juvenile was taken to the principal’s office where, at some point he was left alone, she said.
The teen took advantage of being left alone to enter the principal’s office and rearrange items such as photos along with leaving a threatening note, she said.
Police were contacted at 1:18 p.m. Thursday about the teen.
