Darrell Dominick Young, 31, 1600 block of Grace Street, Opelousas. Domestic abuse battery by strangulation; purse snatching.
Juan Carlos Gastelum, 37, 100 block of Pennington Drive, Duson. Hold for outside agencies; hold for outside agencies; careless operation of a motor vehicle. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
