Terry Tarlton, 63, 5700 block of Hwy. 182, Opelousas. Two counts of theft.
Brenda Veltin, 60, 5700 block of Hwy. 182, Opelousas. Theft, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Douglas Daigle, 48, 1000 block of Richard School Road, Church Point. Possession of Schedule II CDS, resisting by failure to give identification, and illegal use of CDS in the presence of a minor.
