Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish needs the public’s help to solve a homicide.
Crowley Police responded to a homicide in the 1800 block of JD Miller St. in Crowley at about 1:30 a.m. July 21, according to the Crime Stoppers news release.
Officers reported that the victim, Malcolm Daniels, was outside of a residence playing dice with several other people when he was shot in the head. Daniels was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Detectives were only able to question some of the witnesses. They are seeking to interview other people who witnessed the shooting.

All callers will remain anonymous and can receive up to a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
