It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Eva Miller Fogleman announces her passing on Saturday, October 27, 2018. She was 85 years old.
Eva was lovingly devoted to her family and considered her grandchildren her earthly treasures. She loved to bake, sew and crochet. Over the years, many friends and relatives have been the recipient of an afghan crocheted by her loving hands. She was also an avid gardener and could make anything grow. Eva was kind and loving and never met a stranger.
Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters Michele Aviles and husband Greg of Jacksonville FL; Maria Warrington and husband Jeff of Central, LA; four loving grandchildren, Joshua LeDoux of Onalaska, WI; Emily Jones of Jacksonville, FL, Miller Warrington of Baton Rouge, LA and Tori Richard of Donaldsonville, LA. She is also survived by one sister, Marie Rasberry of Basile, LA as well as extended family and friends.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband Earl R. Fogleman, parents A. Frank and Ellia Miller, two brothers, Albert L. Miller and Billy Miller.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Lauren Zatarain for her loving care and support, as well as the nursing staff at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice.
A celebration of life will be held graveside at Millerville Cemetery at 10 a.m. Saturday November 3, 2018.
