It is with great sadness that the family of Kenneth L. “Peanut” Scott announces his passing on Tuesday, March 12 at 8:20 a.m. at his residence in Eunice. He was 61.
A celebration of life will be celebrated on Saturday, March 23 at 1:30 p.m. at Frank Brothers Chapel in Eunice.
Interment will be at LA Funeral Services and Crematory with Rev. Kenneth Rougeau of New Light Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 23 from 12:30 p.m until 1:30 p.m. at Frank Brothers Funeral Home.
Kenneth was known for his strong work ethics, watching sports, fishing, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his special friend Letha A. Guillory of Eunice, his son Dexter Damian Hebert (Ashley) of Mobile, Alabama; his daughters Chasity Hill Fontenot of Lake Charles, LaShona Lyn Porter of Lake Charles, his brothers Clayton Scott Jr. of Eunice, Eric Scott Sr. of Stanford, VA, Randolph Scott, Joseph Scott, Daniel Scott, Dennis Scott Sr., all of Eunice; and Calvin Scott Sr. of Church Point, his sisters Becky Fuzie of Lake Charles, Felicia Rougeau of Lake Charles and Gwendolyn Thompson of San Antonio, Texas, and 10 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, parents and one sister.
Frank Brothers Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of all arrangements.
