The annual St. Edmund Spring Fair will be held Friday through Sunday at the school grounds. There will be fair rides, games, and much more to enjoy for the entire family.
There will be bingo all weekend, with a big bingo at 8 p.m. Saturday and at 5 p.m. Sunday.
Weekend armband for fair rides are available today from 7:30 until 8:30 a.m. in the Jeanmard Hall for the entire weekend at $45. Regular armbands will be available for purchase at the fair each day for $20, Friday from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
A live auction will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday and a silent auction in the cafeteria at 5 p.m. Friday and throughout the weekend. The silent auction closes at 1 p.m. Sunday.
The fair times include 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
New to the spring fair this year is an art show during the silent auction times. The show will conclude at 1 p.m. Sunday.
A BlueJay gift shop is open all weekend with unique gift items.
Foods include barbecue hamburgers, french fries, shrimp and crawfish étouffeé, boiled crawfish, cotton candy, beignets and corn dogs, fried fish, nachos. Inside the school’s cafeteria home made sweets will be sold.
