Russell David Brown passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the age of 64. No Services have been planned at this time.
Russell is survived by his two daughters; Ashley Ortego and husband Nathan, Kim Ford and husband Steven, one brother; Tony Brown, three sisters; Angie Sanders, Sandy Pittman, Robin Powell and four grandchildren.
Russell was preceded in death by his parents; Irvin Brown and Betty Skipper Brown.
