Members of the Gilmore-Butler family enjoyed their 24th Family Reunion at the Embassy Suites in Baton Rouge during a visitation from Tropical Storm Barry last weekend. Despite the inclimate weather, activities went on as planned and were enjoyed by all including an indoor picnic and a church service. The family of Ardessie Chase Francois of Eunice is a descendant of Henderson and Mary Butler Gilmore and were in attendance, as their second child, her grandmother was Fannie Gilmore Chase, her father Walter J.
