Caleb Seth Darbonne, 29, 300 block of North East Street, Eunice. Possession of marijuana, possession of heroin, possession of Schedule IV CDS, possession of Schedule III CDS, Illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of a minor, and alter, omit, remove, or obliterate a label script.
Devin Jamell Washington, 24, 800 block of South Beulah, Eunice. Battery on a dating partner, strangulation, false imprisonment, Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I CDS, Possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of uniform CDS law, drug free zone.
Travis Smith, 25, 3300 block of East Stagg Avenue, Basile. Contraband defined, certain activities regarding contraband, aggravated assault and simple battery.
