Gwen Johnson leaves the Eunice Post Office on Tuesday. The building opened its doors Friday after being closed since September 2019. For the past seven months, a portable post office building was used. Post office box customers are asked to use their old key to retrieve their mail. If they no longer have their old key in their possession, they can purchase a key for $12. Their post office box key from the temporary building is no longer usable and can be discarded.
