Tony D. Houle, 36, 500 block of College, Eunice. Bench warrant.
Neal Cullen Young, 38, 2800 block of CR, Brazoria, Texas. Possession with intent to distribute of Schedule II CDS, 28 grams or more (marijuana), possession with intent to distribute Schedule I CDS, 28 grams or more, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule II CDS, less than 2 grams (oxycodone), possession with Schedule I, 2 grams, 27 grams, (heroin), and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses.
DeMarcus LaFleur, 24, 200 block of Ulysee, Eunice. Resisting an officer, stop signs and yield signs violation.
Jeffery Atchley, 49, 13000 Crimson, Lance Alabama. Minimum speed limit law (55 MPH zone), aggravated flight in a vehicle, registration failure, owner to secure registration, no insurance, improper lane usage, driving left of center, possession of Schedule II CDS, less than 2 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
