Christopher Shane Willis, 44, 1400 block of Crooked Creek, Ville Platte. Possession with intent to distribute Schedule II, amphetamine, meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal carrying of weapons.
Heather Jade Pelican, 31, 600 block of West Dean, Eunice. Domestic abuse child endangerment law.
