Petals of Mercy at the Jeanmard Center in Eunice
The Petals of Mercy, a Theresian Community here in Eunice, recently offered a morning reflection for women. The pre-Mother’s Day event was based upon the book by Joanna Weaver “ Having A Mary Heart in A Martha World”. The two-hour program took place at the Jeanmard Hall with over 80 women participating. Theresians from Lake Charles, Jennings, Breaux Bridge and Lafayette were also in attendance. A love offering of over $1,100 for the New Life Pregnancy Center was collected at the door.
