Lilla Mary Blanchard Picard passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the age of 76. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father Hampton Davis celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Thomas More Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with a Rosary by Father Austin Leger at 6 p.m. Visitation will resume on Friday at 8 a.m. until time of Services.
Lilla is survived by her husband, Nolton Picard; two sons, Gregg Joseph Picard and wife Barbara, David Mark Picard and wife Annette; one daughter, Lisa Cormier and husband Curtis; one sister, Rose Arton; six grandchildren, Meagan, Derrick, David, Zack, Ross, Blake; three great-grandchildren, Mykaila, Coledyn, Hudson and one great-great grandchild, Dreidan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton “TT” Blanchard and Amy Leger Blanchard; two brothers, Levie Blanchard, Elvie Blanchard; four sisters, Elvia Savoy, Catherine Young, Norma Thevis and Dorothy Miller.
