St. Landry Parish President Jessie Bellard plans to begin work after Thanksgiving on land use rules for the parish.
Bellard said he is ready to work on land use regulations or zoning of the parish at Wednesday’s Parish Council meeting.
The pronouncement followed an address to the Council by Washington resident Dennis Brown who complained about a duplex built next to his property on La. 359.
