A 15-year-old male has been charged in the shooting death of Keith Adam Joseph, 38, of Washington.
The teen was charged with second-degree murder, juvenile in possession of a handgun.
According to a news release from St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz, deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of East Saint Mitchell Street in Washington at 11:50 p.m. Dec. 31.
