Dr. Heidie Monique Ned Lambert, the daughter of the late Matthew and Josephine Eli Ned, began her educational journey in the public schools in Eunice, but ended in Texas. In December she received her doctor of education in executive leadership from Houston Baptist University. Presently she is the director of evaluations, in Austin ISD, where she plans to remain.
