2022 Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off

Huge crowds gathered Sunday at the Northwest Center pavilion and grounds to the annual Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off. The cook-off was held from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Three bands played under the pavilion, Gregory LeJeune & Cajun Heat, Jason Frey & Lagniappe and Geno Delafose & French Rockin’ Boogie. Many dancers enjoyed dancing to live Cajun music.
