EUNICE-Funeral services for Elouise Johnwell, will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 10 a.m. with the visitation beginning at 8 a.m. until service time at Owens-Thomas Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Rev. Jermaine Tezeno will officiate the funeral ceremony.
On March 22, 2022, the Angels of the Lord, escorted Elouise from her earthly home to her eternal home.
Filled with empty wells of loneliness will be her husband: James Darrell Johnwell, Sr. of Eunice, three sons: Kevin (Christina) Johnwell and Roderick Johnwell both of Eunice, and James (Myosha) Johnwell of Crowley, two sisters: Ruth (Harry) Frank and Sheila (Mickey) Thomas both of Eunice, three brothers: James (Gladys) Skinner of Temple, Texas, Rudolph Skinner, Sr. of Eunice, and Lawrence (Ella) Skinner of Lake Charles, 8 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Louise Skinner.
Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Eunice is in charge of arrangements.
