RAYNE — Rayne’s Old Spanish Trail Committee announced that the annual Old Spanish Trail (OST) Day is scheduled Sept. 17 at the Rayne Civic Center and Frog Festival Pavilion.
Since 2016, when Rayne was designated the first Old Spanish Trail City in the nation, the “Frog Capital” has hosted the annual OST Day Celebration.
Opening ceremonies will be at 9 a.m…
