The change in trash pickup service from Waste Connections to Bayou State Waste was chaotic last week.
Bayou State’s light blue cans and Progressive’s dark blue cans dotted roadsides.
Trash pickup service was reported delayed across the parish. Schedules were running a day behind in many areas.
