Eunice incumbent defeated, another faces runoff

    Political newcomer Randall “Randy” Reed defeated incumbent Eunice Ward 3 incumbent alderman Ernest Blanchard with 55% of the vote. Reed polled 276 of the 502 votes cast in the ward.
