Eunice High opened District 3-4A play on Tuesday with an 11-4 win over the Rayne Wolves.
The Bobcats (14-3, 1-0) travel to Rayne today to complete the week’s games against the Wolves.
Both teams battled for the upper hand early as the Wolves held a 2-1 and 4-3 advantage before the Bobcats exploded for eight unanswered runs to grab the victory.
