The 36th annual World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off was held Sunday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Northwest Community Center pavilion and grounds.
Approximately 30 cooking booths entered and participated in the event, with chefs cookng their secret crawfish etouffee recipes. Other foods, including boiled crawfish were sold on site.
