A 35-year-old Opelousas woman was arrested Monday and charged with 29 counts of identity theft related to Medicaid payment, according to a Sheriff Bobby Guidroz in a news release.
Jessica Marie Guillory, of the 600 block of Fontenot Road, was arrested on Tuesday.
