It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Larry Citizen announces his passing on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 4:25 p.m. at his residence. He was 64.
A celebration of life will be celebrated on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Starlight Baptist Church in Rayne.
Interment will be at Community Garden in Rayne with the Rev. Nathan T. Stevens of Starlight Baptist Church officiating.
