The St. Landry Parish School Board selected McGlinchey Stafford as its new firm to represent it in legal matters.
While the firm is new, the lead counsel will be Courtney Joiner who has worked with the School Board for the past eight years.
Joiner announced in May he was leaving the Hammonds, Sills, Adkins, Guice, Noah & Perkins law firm and joining McGlinchey Stafford.
