From demonstrations on cooking gumbo, live entertainment for five days to a final frenzy of bead-catching, the Eunice Cajun Mardi Festival opens on Friday on South 2nd Street.
The schedule includes the following.
— On Friday, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The Four Horses will entertain, and from 9 to 11 p.m. Wayne Toups will be on stage.
