The Eunice Chamber of Commerce executive director Kayla Heinen is preparing for the upcoming annual World Championship Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off to be held March 23.
Heinen said she is looking forward to it and hoping for a huge crowd.
The Cook-off coincides with Balfa Week, the Dewey Balfa Cajun & Creole Heritage Week, from March 19 to 24 at Lakeview Park & Beach.
