In an annual meeting, St. Landry Parish President Jessie Bellard delivered a report on parish government’s progress in the past year.
Speaking to about 200 people at the Delta Grand Theatre in Opelousas on Tuesday, Bellard recognized parish employees and others for their efforts.
It was an opportunity for Bellard to tell his story as he begins his second four-year term as parish president.
