There are some strange happenings at the St .Landry Parish Courthouse.
“It is unbelievable,” said Parish President Jessie Bellard of what’s been going on there.
“So, Monday whenever they came here and told me about the water leak, I thought it was an April Fool’s joke” he said Thursday in his new basement office.
