There was a Vision and Mission Statement, the Three B’s and The 8 Habits, and a song, “The World is a Rainbow,” on the program at Highland Early Learning Center’s Pre-K Graduation ceremonies held Tuesday inside LSUE’s Health & Science Auditorium.
There were two sessions of pre-k graduation, one held at 9:30 a.m. and the other one held at 1 p.m. There were 109 graduating pre-k students.
