A Eunice man convicted of a Nov. 4, 2019, murder will continue to serve his 35-year sentence at hard labor after his appeal was denied by the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeal.
Demyron L. Skinner was convicted of manslaughter in the killing of De’Omane Frank. Skinner was sentenced on April 27, 2023.
