St. Landry Parish Council member Ernest Blanchard challenged the residency of St. Landry Parish Solid Waste Commission member Jodie Powell at a committee meeting Wednesday in Opelousas.
Blanchard, of Eunice, said Powell is using a 1321 Oak St. address in Eunice on her application to be reappointed to the Solid Waste Commission.
