NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO LIST SUCCESSION PROPERTY FOR SALE

Notice is Hereby given that COLANDRA QUINNETTE AUTHORLEE, the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Succession of Dianne Jefferson has, pursuant to the provisions of Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Article 3281, et seq, has applied for authority to list succession property for sale for a price of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($275,000.00) DOLLARS, payable in cash, the following described property, belonging to the Succession of Dianne Jefferson, to-wit:

A certain tract or parcel of ground together with all buildings and improvements thereon, as well as all rights of way, easements, servitudes and appurtenances thereto appertaining, containing THREE AND 67/100 (3.67) ACRES, more or less, located at Grand Prairie, in the Fifth Ward, in Section One Hundred Fourteen (114), Township Five South, Range Three East (T-5-S.R-3-E), St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. Said lot identified as TRACT TWO-A (2-A) on a Plat of Survey made by Paul N. Fontenot, dated June 15, 1992, recorded in Mortgage Book 878, page 677 of the records of the Clerk of Court of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, having a front of One Hundred Ninety One and 68/100 (191.68’) feet on the West side of Parish Road 5-70 now known as Cosay Road and having the remaining measurements and configuration shown on said Plat, and being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by Tract 3 or property of Kenneth Fontenot; South by Tract 2-B or property of Stephen Wilson, East by Cosay Road and West by the Estate of Rosemond Soileau.

Being the same property that Dianne Faye Jefferson acquired by Cash Sale recorded August 3, 1998 under Original Act No. 0832018 of the official records of the St. Landry Parish Clerk of Court. Said property having a municipal address of 1235 Cosay Road, Washington, Louisiana

Now, Therefore, in accordance with the law made and provided in such cases, notice is hereby given that COLANDRA QUINNETTE AUTHORLEE, Administrator, proposes to list the aforesaid immovable property for the price and upon the terms aforesaid, and the heirs, legatees and creditors are required to make opposition, if any they have or can, to such sale, within seven (7) days, including Sundays and holidays from date whereon the last publication of this notice appears.”
