Billy Ray "Slop" Clark passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at the age of 61. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024 at New Zion Baptist Church with Pastor Allen Ben officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
