In a pre-Mardi Gras weekend celebration, the Eunice Rotary Club held a dedication ceremony for its Centennial Set Wall next the Eunice Pharr Duson statue at Park Avenue and 2nd Street at 11 a.m. Friday.
Rotary Club President retired Judge Ellis Daigle said, “130 years ago, this area of Eunice, all within a one-mile radius, was all there was.”
