Crowned COA Mardi Gras King and Queen were Greg Morris of Knoxville, Tennessee; and Olita Bordelon of Eunice.
The St. Landry Council on Aging held a Mardi Gras dance Monday at the Northwest Community Center.
Adults 60 and over enjoyed dancing to music provided by J & The Zydeco Dog Pound. Some Seniors competed in a costest to win for different awards including Most Traditional Costume, Most Creative Costume, The Prettiest Costume, Best Male Dancer, Best Female Dancer and King and Queen.
