BASILE–It is with the heaviest of hearts that the family of Melissa Sonnier Seilhan announces her unexpected passing on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at the age of 71. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025, at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in the St. Augustine Mausoleum with Father Kenneth Domingue serving as Celebrant.
