Red, White & Bluedreaux, Land of the Free, Home of the Jays... was this year’s theme of St. Edmund Spring Fair.
During Friday, Saturday and Sunday the public, adults, youth, teenagers and kids enjoyed the annual St. Edmund Spring Fair.
There were plenty of fair rides to ride, plenty of food to eat, plenty of Bingo and plenty of kid’s games to play during the entire weekend. There was a live auction and live music as well.
People enjoyed boiled crawfish, crawfish and shrimp etouffee, fried fish, burgers, nachos, chicken strips, french fries, fried Oreos, beignets, cold drinks, snow cones, and much more.
