David Benoit, 72, 700 block of Faris, Eunice. Negligent injuring, dogs at large, 3 counts, cruelty to animals, 3 counts.
Jessica Morris, 46, 800 block of South Beulah, Eunice. Domestic abuse, aggravated assault.
