The State Bond Commission told St. Landry Parish President to clarify the parish’s finances in response to a request for a $4.6 million bond issue.
The commission discussion in Baton Rouge was framed by an assessment by its director, Lela Folse, that the St. Landry Parish Government would be out of money by the end of the month.
