OPELOUSAS — The St. Landry Parish Veterans Memorial Committee announces that sponsorships and tickets are on sale for the Annual Hats Off to Veterans Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 11 at the Yambilee Building in Opelousas.
The celebration honors the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans while raising funds to support the St. Landry Parish Veterans Memorial. All proceeds from the luncheon will directly benefit the Memorial.
Sponsorship Levels (includes reserved seating and additional amenities): Gold, $500; Silver, $250; and Bronze, $100.
Sponsorship commitments are due by Oct. 10.
General admission tickets are available for $25 each by Nov. 1.
Highlights of this year’s program include a special performance by the talented MACA (Magnet Academy of the Cultural Arts) Dance Group and the inspiring “Parade of Veterans.” Each veteran in attendance will also receive a gift bag filled with tokens of appreciation.
