A local man was arrested by the Eunice Police Department on a felony cruelty to juveniles charge following a Tuesday, Oct. 22 incident.
Damian Boyett, of Eunice, is charged with felony cruelty to juveniles. Boyett was set to be transferred to the St. Landry Parish Correctional Center at a later date.
